Monday is spinning/indoor cycle. In this class you can expect to find appropriate bike settings and ride with optimal technique for safety and performance. Each ride is unique and geared toward class participants. Cleats are optional; however, shoes are not. Please bring water.
Tuesday and Thursday are yoga. These sessions are guided and focus on improving flexibility, strength and mental relaxation through a series of physical postures. This class is for all skill levels. Please wear appropriate footwear into the facility but may be taken off during class. Please bring a mat, and small towel.
Wednesday get your strength on with boot camp. High energy intervals for a total body workout. All fitness levels welcomed.
Friday morning is strength class. A high energy, total body strength training class designed to build muscle, improve endurance and enhance overall fitness. Each class is unique and can be modified to all fitness levels. Please wear appropriate gym clothing and footwear, please bring a towel and water.
